WebflowDesign
NRVPC

NRVPC is a managed IT services provider serving businesses across Northern Virginia and the DC metro area — the firm companies call to keep their infrastructure running. As the practice grew, NRVPC wanted a website that presented that capability at the level their clients experience it, and one their own team could run after launch.

The engagement was full Webflow development — design implementation, CMS setup, service pages, and consultation booking — built so the NRVPC team owns and manages the site independently.

The Brief

NRVPC needed a site that:

  • Presented the firm at enterprise grade to business clients who evaluate vendors on professionalism
  • Clearly communicated each service offering to non-technical buyers
  • Could be updated by the NRVPC team without developer support
  • Had a clear path for prospects to request a consultation

The Process

The engagement followed the same four-stage process used on every project:

  1. Discovery. A short call established what the firm had and what they needed.
  2. Scope. A proposal established the deliverables and timeline.
  3. Build. Design and development proceeded with regular check-ins and previews throughout.
  4. Launch. The final stage covered migration, quality assurance, and handoff.

What Was Built

Webflow development on a professional template base: Started from a well-built Webflow template and customized it to NRVPC's brand and service structure — layout adjustments, component styling, and responsive breakpoints tuned in the designer. Starting from a solid template kept the budget focused on content, structure, and the details that matter to their buyers rather than reinventing scaffolding.

Service pages: Individual pages for each of their service offerings, with clear descriptions of what each service includes, who it's for, and what to expect. Written for a business owner audience, not an IT audience.

Client-owned Webflow account: NRVPC fully owns their site on their own Webflow account and subscription. There is no retainer required for content changes — the team updates the site directly through the Webflow Editor, and nothing about the site depends on a developer staying in the loop.

Webflow CMS: A blog/insights section set up as a Webflow CMS collection, so the NRVPC team can publish industry news and service updates without touching the design layer.

Consultation booking integration: A consultation request form connected to the NRVPC team's workflow — prospects can request a call or on-site assessment directly from the site.

Results

  • The NRVPC team updates service content, case studies, and blog posts independently through the Webflow Editor.
  • NRVPC owns the site on their own Webflow account and subscription; nothing about the site depends on a developer staying in the loop.
  • The consultation form gives prospects a direct path to request a call or an on-site assessment.

This project is a representative example of Webflow development for a professional services company — an enterprise-grade result with the client in full control of their content. If your firm wants the same ownership model, the engagement structure is repeatable.
